Lula Lounge, a west end entertainment venue is fighting to keep parking on Dundas Street West. City council are considering a proposal for a 42 per cent reduction in parking spaces in the area.
The Lula Lounge owners claim that they will close their doors amidst the plan that the city will be removing 20 parking spots, creating more no standing zones and left turn restrictions.
The Lounge owners said that there clientele will have a difficult time paking and that the lounge who generally has 250 on some nights will take too big of a hit if they limit parking.
