Beginner Hip Hop Classes: Sundays 12:00 -1:00 p.m.
Learn the basics of hip hop in this fun and energizing class that gives you the skills you’ll need to quickly pick up choreography and exercise your body’s coordination. Each class begins with a warm-up to stretch the muscles and get you ready to move. Every week will consist of a new combination compiling of the newest and up-coming hip hop moves and styles. $15/class OR

Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop Programs: Sunday 1:15 - 2:45 p.m.
Already have some dance experience under your belt and looking for a fun class to get you moving? Then this is the place you need to be! We can guarantee you a workout in every class with new and energetic choreography to keep you on your toes and working hard. What better way to sweat then when you’re having a great time as well.
The Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop Program is a seminar consisting of 10 classes of 1½ hours that will focus on the warm-up with a more in-depth look at what you’re really stretching and involves much more intricate choreography and styles of Hip Hop in the combination that will be worked on for the month. This will test not only your physical endurance, but also your ability to retain choreography over the course of the program.
